The personal schedules for all performers have been emailed out to the contacts that made the entries.

If you haven't received yours then please check with the person who made the entry.

TROPHY NON-RETURNS

 The following trophies have still not been returned despite this being possible every Saturday in January via Harrogate Library. This is very disappointing and is causing a lot of unnecessary work.

If you have one of these trophies please now contact me to make arrangements for its return. We know who has the trophies and they have all been contacted more than once as far as we know (allowing for vagaries in the supplied contact details) so it is difficult to understand the protracted delay.

TROPHY RETURNS

28 trophies are still outstanding after we made arrangements on four successive Saturdays for them to be returned to Festival representatives in Harrogate Library. This is very disappointing as it is causing an immense amount of work and taking up time that could usefully be deployed in making arrangements for this year's Festival. Scheduling has started

All the entries for 2023 are in.  They have been checked and we now have all the class sizes worked out.

So now we are able to start work on the schedule.  We hope to have that published by the first week of February.

 

We've had 710 entries.  That's up 100 on last year, but still down from pre-Covid by 150-200.

If you submitted entries you will receive an email with your personal schedules once they are ready.

Looking forward to another fine rendering of performance skills in March

 The Treasurer is currently sitting in Harrogate Library awaiting the return of nearly 100 trophies. This is the 3rd opportunity for winners to return trophies but unfortunately not very many people have so far returned theirs. Thank you to those who have done so.

Next Saturday is the last day for returns. If trophies are not returned they cannot be awarded this year and we need to know that we have them back before they can be listed in the Programme which is now being put together. We do not have the resources to contact every winner individually.

Returning your Trophies from 2022 - change of process

The Rules of the Festival require trophy winners to return those to the Festival in January 2023. We are changing the procedures for this year so if you have done this before on the old basis please read the new instructions below. 

We have arranged with Harrogate Library for trophies to be returned there (to Festival representatives who will be in the library) on Saturdays January the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th between the hours of  09:30 and 15:30 please. We have over 130 trophies to deal with so it will be very helpful if you are able to return yours on one of the above days. 

We simply do not have the resources to pursue everyone individually. 

It would be very helpful if trophies could be cleaned before they are returned. 

The Harrogate Library is on Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 1EG. This is in the disc parking zone.
