The 2027 Syllabus

The Syllabus and Entry system are now available through the website (https://www.hcfmsd.co.uk/Entry.html) and we have actually received our first entry, in a guitar class.

If you have entered before you will see that the system is different this year because we have moved to the Play & Perform platform. It is very easy to navigate though.

All entries MUST BE MADE ONLINE by the 8th January 2027.

The Syllabus is now with the printers and the hard copy version should be available next week. It is physically bigger than in previous years because of the way in which Play & Perform works. We might be able to slim it down next year. It should be available in NYC libraries soon.

We would like to thank everyone who either took part in, helped to organise, or watched the Gala Concert on Saturday. I think we can agree that it was a great success and it has apparently done wonders for our social media. There are some clever young people out there!

Finalising the 2027 Syllabus

In honour of this being our 90th year the Secretariat made the final amendments to the 2027 Syllabus from within The Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral at great personal cost.

This will not be repeated!

2027 Syllabus

The 2027 Syllabus is now available online via the Festival website HCFMSD.co.uk

We have changed our Entry system and you will be able to make and pay for entries through the new Play & Perform portal soon.

The hard copy Syllabus will be available by the end of October.
